To respect everyone’s time and expense, potential rental applicants are pre-screened prior to scheduling any viewings or providing a rental application.

Further, please have each adult who proposes to potentially reside in the apartment fill out a separate Pre-Screening Questionnaire.

We will contact those potential applicants for next steps who have fully completed the questionnaire, who meet our required timelines, and commit to providing the requested information and documentation. Again, all information submitted through the Questionnaire will be kept confidential.
