Portable air conditioner available if necessary.

Terms: 

• Monthly Base Rent: $2,100 per month, (includes heat & 1 on-site parking space) (water & hydro extra)
• Tenant Protection or Liability Insurance required
• No smoking or vaping in the building or on the property
• Pets considered

Requirements:

• Documentation will be required (e.g., identification; personal, employment and rental references; proof of income; credit checks).
• Cost of undertaking a credit check may be required
• Each adult who potentially proposes to reside in the Unit as a potential tenant will be required to apply separately
• Consent will be requested for undertaking credit and other checks
• First and last month's rent deposit required on signing a Residential Tenancy Agreement
• Initial Tenancy Agreement Length required is for 12 months
